Back in school, I was always drawing something with a pen during Math lessons, then the drawn pictures went round the desks and disrupted a lesson... After that I realized that I want to do it professionally.

I worked as an interior designer for many years, creating various interiors for clients and decorating their home spaces in different styles. However, at the same time I was always creating art works and shared my inspiration with audience through solo exhibitions.

Once I found a book of wisdom - Srimat Bhagavatam came into my hands, and there I accidentally read that demigods (inhabitants of the higher planets) were magically flying on vimanas (ships) made of flowers. I was stuck. It fascinated me so much that I decided to meditate and see in my dreams how unique and gorgeous they could be.

After a while I decided to sketch it, and so my series of works began to appear. I am happy to share them with you.

All the art works you see here are the result of my meditations. Actually I’m drawing them being in meditation and listening to meditative music.

The creative drawing process itself is very delicate and time-consuming. On average, I spend several months on one small picture. Every detail is important as it has its own story. The materials in the works are paper, ink, a pen and a felt-tip pen.
